WHY TRAVEL WITH US

Proudly Kenyan-owned since 2015

Founded in Nairobi by a former safari guide who grew up near Aberdare National Park. You deal directly with Kenyans who know this land - not a booking platform based overseas.

Guides with 20+ years in the field

Our head guide has spent over two decades tracking wildlife across Kenya's parks. He once spotted a leopard in a tree that three other safari vehicles had driven right past.

Government-licensed - you can verify us

We hold a full Tourism Regulatory Authority licence (No. TRA1/47/C01/78639). You can check it on the TRA website before you book. We have nothing to hide.

Conservation in every booking

Part of every safari we run goes to local wildlife conservation. Strict responsible viewing rules — no off-road driving, no disturbing animals, always wildlife-first.

What our travellers say - rated 4.8★ on TripAdvisor

Witness the Great Wildebeest Migration in Kenya's Masai Mara

More than 1.5 million wildebeest migrate annually from the Serengeti in Tanzania to the Masai Mara in Kenya in one of the largest land mammal migrations in the world. The Mara River crossings, where enormous crocodiles wait as the herds plunge into the water, are among the most dramatic moments in nature. The pounding of the hooves, the roaring of the water, the raw tension of predator and prey, it’s the kind of experience that will last a lifetime.

Our guides are well acquainted with the Mara. They are familiar with crossing locations, animal movements and crossing indicators. They put you in the right place at the right time, not watching from a distance, but close enough to feel it.

While the Migration is from July to October, Kenya offers world-class safaris throughout the year. The green season offers lush scenery, newborn wildlife and far fewer vehicles in the parks. During the dry season, animals tend to gather around water sources, making it easy to spot them. No matter the season, Kenya’s national parks, from the Masai Mara to Amboseli, Samburu and more, provide some of the best wildlife experiences in Africa.

Best time to witness the Great Migration
Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul - Crossings begin Aug - Peak crossings Sep - Peak crossings Oct - Late crossings Nov Dec - Calving season
Best time for Mara River crossings
Great for newborn wildlife & predator activity

When is the Best Time to Go on a Kenya Safari?

While Kenya is a year-round safari destination, the time of year does make a difference in what you will see. The months of July through October are the peak season, when the Great Wildebeest Migration is in the Masai Mara, the skies are clear and the game viewing is at its best. There are fewer crowds, lower prices and lush green scenery in January to March, and calving season in Amboseli attracts predators. June and November sit in the middle, good game viewing, fewer crowds, and good prices. Not sure what season is best for you? Our staff are pleased to help you choose according to your interests and budget.

July - October (Peak season)

The Great Migration river crossings are in full swing. Animals crowd around water sources as the land dries out. Exceptional game viewing - but the busiest and most expensive time to visit.

January - March (Green season)

Fewer crowds and lower prices. Lush, photogenic landscapes after the rains. Calving season in Amboseli means predator activity is high - excellent for photography.

June & November (Shoulder season)

Great game viewing, competitive prices, and far fewer vehicles in the parks. We often recommend this for travellers who want quality without peak-season costs and crowds.
